ASMR Reiki for Relaxation | No Talking, Cord Cutting and Energy Cleansing ✨

Hello my quiet quesadillas, in today's Reiki session for relaxation, I'll be doing the normal energy cleansing, cord cutting, pulling, plucking, and snipping, but I won't be talking at all.

Since I won't be talking, I layered in some gentle rain sounds, but if you don't want those, you can skip to halfway through the video and it will only be the base audio track there. I'll be doing lots of deep breathing, so you're welcome to breathe along as a deep breathing exercise, or at your own pace. I'll be doing lots of gentle hand movements as well as I manipulate, heal, and cleanse your energy.
