Soooo...anger. Haha. I know I'm not the only one who struggles with anger -- especially on the road sometimes. The other week, I was really angry and I needed a video like this to calm me down. So I hope this can be somewhat useful to you if you are struggling to calm down from the day or from an infuriating situation.
