Vagus Nerve Sleep Hypnosis: Complete Wellbeing Treatment | Fast ASMR for ADHD/Autism/Hyposensitivity

This whispered fast pace ASMR video will show you a technique called Auriculotherapy, used to stimulate the cranial vagus nerve to induce a deep state of relaxation and demonstrated in the literature to have potential in treating insomnia. It will also teach you to exam the level of tension in your body before and after the procedure so you can assess the effectiveness of the technique. This video includes multiple ASMR triggers and concludes with a deep sleep induction and extended pink noise soundscape to stabilise sleep cycles.

Being less responsive to sensory information (hyposensitivity) is common in those with ADHD, Autism and other neurodivergent problems. These brains of these individuals have been shown to release less dopamine in response to sensory stimuli the neurotypical brain, this means those with hyposensitivity are constantly seeking out more intense sensory experiences to help them to engage with and stay focused in the world.
