Thanks for watching my whispering video to help ease your stress and anxious feelings. I really want to help others with any of the mental issues you may face anxiety disorder, panic attack disorder, sleep disorder, acute stress I love how asmr is so natural and relaxing feelings so good calming feelings and its amazing.

I have some tips on how to feel better art therapy is a great therapy for mental health research as proof done tons of research on it oh and I went to university for psychology my phd as confirmed art therapy is a great way to lowering your stress or anxiety levels with the combination of course what ever your doctor as mentioned doctor knows best right! again nothing wrong using asmr to help with psychological health. everyone goes through anxiety as some point in their life also never let anyone make you feel that your different. I really hate how society gives mental health a bad stigma. you are normal and you are wonderful human being. and nothing wrong adding asmr to the mix of others medical advice that your doctor as prescribe or done.

remember staying positive is the key to being stress free as well as everything else you implement on daily basis.

others things that can help is staying active goal setting is a great stress reducer and again healthy diet is great if you intake sugary foods can make you even more anxious.

Thanks for watching my asmr video! you may send me a video request I have a passion to help others as I want you to feel better.

note always discuss with your doctor before trying any health activity because asmr is not a replacement for mental health your doctor knows what is best for you.
