ASMR PLUCKING NEGATIVE ENERGY AND ANXIETY ✨ NO TALKING LAYERED SOUNDS + RAIN 🌧

In the last few weeks, I've been thinking a lot about how some problems can affect our sleep, our life, our mood... How much do certain situations make us anxious or take our time off just because we don't stop thinking about it? It could be one thought, a situation that happened to you, a moment you (and all of us) are living. I want you to know that you are not alone ♥ In this ASMR video, the predominant trigger is plucking, and I will try to remove (or at least relieve) all your stress, tension, thoughts that are bothering you so that you can sleep peacefully without thinking about these problems. I know it's hard to do this alone, and sometimes we need someone's help to try and put those negative things aside, even if it's just for one night. The layered sounds incorporated in this video are quite varied. You will have tapping, fabric sounds, lid sounds, scratching, brushing, scratching gloves, and many others. I particularly believe that layered sounds go great with plucking videos as they give the feeling of really taking away what's bothering you and keeping you awake.
