Hey loves. I wanted to just share a little easy technique you can use and come to like a little ritual any time you start feeling overwhelmed. I had a bit of anxiety at the beginning of the week and just couldn’t get into my flow so I took a few days off and just focused on breathwork, self reiki, gratitude and meditation to try and raise my vibe. I can honestly say it helped. What also helps me is getting to share these sessions with you guys here in this space. Thanks for being here and trusting me.
