(ASMR) TOUR OF THE HOUSE WE FLIPPED

Hi everyone!
Thanks for being patient with me this week as I found the time to edit this video while we were closing on our house and moving the last little bit of stuff out. I really appreciate all the kind words and support. It makes me smile to know you guys are enjoying what I do. :)

Today's video is a house tour of our recent house flip we closed on today. We didn't start out wanting to flip it, but after deciding we wanted to sell it to move out of the city to the country, we worked for a little over two years to get it ready to sell. We got very lucky to hit the housing market at the exact right time and our house sold in 11 hours, over asking price, with no inspection and no contingencies. The new people should be very happy with the house since everything for the most part has been updated, and our neighbors were fantastic too (we're going to miss them a lot), plus we left them a little surprise for them so they can celebrate their new home.
