What we send out we receive- sending love is an incredibly powerful practice to learn to access your heart space from a place of compassion and benefit to others.

I send love on a daily basis and have seen truly beautiful things come from this simple exercise. The more you do it the greater the effects.

The frequency you hear activates the Heart Chakra.
