Hey thanks for coming to my mini breath workshop, lol, first off I'm no professional I am just sharing techniques I've used over the years. Always do this in a comfortable position, ideally seated, or laying down.

This box breathing technique is used to help with regulating the nervous system, especially when stressed or feeling anxiety. It works for me everytime 🤍😊 so I hope it can help you too!
