Foot brushing - with my feet. 🦶🏻🦵🏻 Relaxing sounds.

When I was editing this, I kept thinking I could see my hand holding the brush and I know it was early o'clock but still...it was a weird brain querying moment or five for me.
As well as the brushing and the agile feet, you'll also get the added bonus of a wood pigeon and some background traffic noise...all for free. I'm forever doing silly little things like this to make my foot exercises fun and why not share them with you?
