Moderation is key here.
1. Work/Life balance
A lack of equilibrium here can lead to a number of mental and physical health problems that will have a negative impact on your fertility so getting a balance here is vital if you are trying to conceive.
2. Weight
Having a BMI between 19-26 is will ensure that your hormones are in balance and that your fertility is protected. Outside of this your weight may have a negative impact on your fertility
3. Exercise
Regular exercise can boost fertility but too much can be detrimental, so moderation is key.

There are 3 exceptions to the moderation rule, alcohol, smoking and sleep.

Alcohol – for women it is recommended that if you choose to drink you do not consume more than 1-2 units, 1-2 times per week.
Smoke – smokers take longer to get pregnant and have more fertility problems, so the advice is to stop if you are trying to conceive
Sleep – adequate sleep is vital to balance fertility hormones.
