Anxious? Can't Sleep? I'm here to help you with ASMR for your insomnia and anxiety. I have dealt with anxiety keeping me awake more nights than I can count and I'd like to share some of the things that help me beat that insomnia.



In this video, I'm going to do some guided breathing, to help you expel that anxiety. I'm also going to pull that anxiety out of you, brush the worry off your face with some face touching, and give you a nice massage. Let me hold your worries for you, so that you can get the sleep you deserve.


This is all about personal attention and giving you the best night's sleep possible.
