In the bible it was actually Moses who parted the red seas. He parted them so that the Israelites could flee the Egyptian army’s (whose slaves they had been) and cross onto dry land.
Storms on one side and. Pilar of fire on the other side blocked the Egyptian army’s from gaining on the Israelites. And when the sun rose on the next day god used the water to wash away the warring armies.

I see this meditation as an insight into your own grief and a tribute to any rage too which may be arising in your being. It’s a transformative power that comes here for grounding and healing whatever wars may be going on for you internally. So that the wars on the world stage may also be revoked. As within so without. As above so below.
