My Own Formula Language
I assess the roots, lengths and treatment history, then tailor compatible formulas and timing within the manufacturer's directions. My ratios describe formulas, not pH.
For this client, I began at the front hairline, where a few white strands needed careful coverage. I checked horizontally, vertically and diagonally, aiming to leave no strand overlooked.

Application order follows the goal and the hair's response. For gray coverage, I prioritize areas needing more processing time; for lightening, resistant areas may come first. Follow your color system's instructions.
