I wanted this video to be super calming and cosy for you, and I think the candlelight helps with the sleepy, gentle vibe. The triggers in this video include (yep, you guessed it!) up close personal attention, hand movements, finger flutters, flame flickering and delicate tapping. I hope you like the soft lighting!
