Nature ASMR STINGING NETTLES on feet and knees as a trial of chronic pain relief / old remedy

In this video I hand picked some stinging nettles (urtica dioica) and used them on my legs - knees and feet, on bare skin. It is then followed by some walking in grass, crinkly seeds of our tree, and some footage with my beautiful little german shepherd dog puppy (well, he's 4.5 years old).
Stinging nettles are known to be very beneficial to the body when consumed as a tea (with moderation, of course), but it's also an old time remedy. Legend has it, when used on rheumatic areas, it can reduce inflammation and give you pain relief at the cost of some stinging, tingling, warm sensation. I too suffer from chronic pain that affects all my joints, so I figured I would give it a try - sometimes our grandmothers know better, right? I remember my old neighbor (rest in peace, dear lady) picking nettles with her bare hands. Even in her elderly years, she loved tending to her garden, taking care of the grape vines and the vegetables she's grown.

I am uploading this just a few hours after, but I can confirm that the previously painful knees and ankles are number now, with the hives still tingling, but with the redness now invisible. I am severely allergic to ragweed (swollen eyes, runny nose, constant sneezing, asthma - antihistamines don't help), and after this "treatment" I haven't experienced any of that (as I'm typing this, we are 5 hours in). The tingling usually goes away after 12 hours or so. How long of a relief it serves, I don't yet know, I'll keep you updated if I can. So far it was worth it, and I absolutely enjoyed making this video. :)
