ASMR MY CHAKRA HEALING POEMS AND HEALING FOR YOU

This is a chakra healing session and I wrote self written poems with deep wisdom for this a late night, when I coudn't sleep. I really hope you find this relaxing, and enjoy. I aplologize for bad quality blurry camera, but I will invest in a better one.
At least I give out something that might be inspiring, beautiful and relaxing. The green chakra is dedicated to a person that has a big place in my heart...Tony. You can read the poems further down below:

ROOT CHAKRA
Dwell in a red fabric of your souls inner core, a fabric and piece of a warm color that that embrace you and makes you feel warmer ever more.
A red core reflecting the very ground of your existense and energy field so strong you can see,
Feel this color and embrace it with a thought of forever grounded to the earth be.
We feel red with love and heart and allways remember to keep your loved ones, friends and family close and never apart.
The red root chakra is your stable platform for you , allways think of it when you feel the ground shake no matter what you in life do.

2 ND CHAKRA ABDOMEN
Embrace a shining orange energy from within your self anf let in shine through,
A vivid energy of fire glowing for you.
The fire of your passion, emotion and desire within, with this energy your soul admit the fire you have and it’s no sin.
Love it and let it warm you and let this wave of orange fire give your soul a light, beautiful , yet wild , like an untamed flame of passion and delight.
Glow and feel it within you, this is a fire energy so warming and so true.

3 RD CHAKRA SOLAR PLEXUS
Imagine a sun with yellow flames embracing you, and letting the bright flames shine up even the darkest corners of you inside, look out at the world and don’t dwell in the darkness, don’t hide.
We are who we are, no matter what with flaws and good, love yourself no matter what people think or if you sometimes is not understood.
This yellow sunlight is a beacon of light that shines your life on the path of the souls way, let this warming sunlight forever with you inside stay.

4 TH CHARKA HEART CHAKRA
A green energy full of love flowing to you, no matter where in the world you are or what you do.
A green warm embracing light wrapped arround your soul and inner self like a green healing,
Sending this truly with all my best intention and hopefully gives a warm feeling.
No matter time, no matter distance under this sky of thousands and millions of stars above on the sky,
This light is there shining a light, shining so strong so you might wonder why,
It’s because of all that is true and real from the heart with this green light to you,
Is because I truly love you. Green light of a beautiful delight.

5 TH CHAKRA THROAT CHAKRA
A blue breeze of color is flowing within you like an an ocean of blure dreams with calming waves on motion,
A calming breeze of blue energy and emotion.
Close your eyes and slowly move to left and right and pretend you are a blue wave on the sea,
And let the blue embrace you, rock you and safe to be.
This blue wave is also your voice out there echoing over this big waters beyond time and more,
dare to use this blue wave and speak from your soul and from your inner core.

6 TH CHAKRA 3 RD EYE CHAKRA
A ray of indigo from your spiritual eye is beaming out with enormous power and rays,
A creative, spiritual feeling you feel and higher awerness is allways there to stay.
See within yourself and your true self and universe within you,
An indigo colored universe with stars so bright and with real spiritual meaning so true.
Imagine floating in this universe amoung those stars so bright,
Allways remember to stay in yoour spiritual inner light.

7 TH CHAKRA CROWN CHAKRA
The ray of a purple color shines up the wisdom inside you, from the top of you head and through
your whole body too.
The higher self of you is relfecting in this color, like a purple mirror in front of you and speaks within,
Trust your higher self and more light in life and blessings you can win.
Imagine you step into this purple mirror and be one with your higher self forever more,
embrace the purple light you then see and dare to be one with your higher self forever more.
Light of purple is guiding you,
See this color trust your higher self and be true.
