In today’s ASMR video, you are having a video call with your psychologist, as you are currently feely anxious from isolation. Your psychologist asks you questions to better understand your situation, then gives you advice on how to cope.
I wanted today to inform you guys with this video on how it's ok to not feel normal these days, as the situation we are living is abnormal. I hope you found the video informative, and that you could find in the advice I gave some things to implement in your life to feel a bit better.
