ASMR Iridology Examination with Magnifying Glass & Light 🌟 | Soft Spoken Pseudoscience RP

Hello there, what's happening~ to date, one of my my popular videos is the original Iridologist video that I filmed many years ago. It's one of my favorite pseudoscience videos that I've filmed, and I love re-vamping it. If you haven't seen it, or don't know what Iridology is, it is essentially the study of divining someone's predispositions to, or current, illnesses by looking into the irises. The Iridologist searches the iris for different changes in the eye. There is a whole chart that describes what areas of the body different parts of the iris correspond to, which I do show in the video, but it is a bit hard to see.

When I bring up my laptop, you may notice that the color is a bit... off. I didn't even realize that I should have taken off the blue light filter since most people don't have that. I can't use electronics without a strong light filter, so that would be why my computer screen is O R A N G E. In addition to O R A N G E, this video is the video that taught me how to blur things. When I am showing you the Iridology chart on my laptop, I decided to blur out a lot of it, so I spent 45 minutes going frame by frame and doing it manually. It's not great, but the clip is short, so IT'S FINE.

Iridology is a capital 'P' Psuedoscience. This video is only for relaxation and has no basis in real, evidence based science.

- “Why do you ask for a preferred name & address?” While I'm a cisgender woman, I'm very aware of my audience having members that don't use their 'legal' names (I'm one of them) and use specific pronouns, or are questioning their names and given pronouns. It's just common courtesy to make everyone more comfortable here. Even if it doesn't apply to you, it may apply to others and makes the world of: difference.
- “Why do you ask for consent to touch (even if it's a given)?” Coooommon courtesy; big thing with me. I hate being touched by anyone I don't know, but being asked even if I know I'm going to have to anyway is much more comfortable than someone putting their paws on me without warning. Common courtesy.
- “Is your name really Calliope? How do you say it?” Yup. It's pronounced Ka-Lie-Oh-Pee, not Kal-Ee-Ope.
