Today's ASMR video is a guided Yoga practice. You can either follow along and relax and stretch with me or you can just use this video for relaxation. Soft spoken, intermediate yoga flow. Enjoy and relax!
Disclaimer: I am not a trained professional, If any movement does not feel right in your body take a step back and modify when you need! Yoga is a practice, it doesn't have to be perfect, your body will tell you what it needs. (Also please dont wear socks when doing yoga as it can be dangerous .. i forgot i was wearing them oops).
My soul purpose in making these ASMR videos is to help people deal with anxiety, stress, insomnia or whatever else may be going on in their lives, creating this safe space.
