22 Minute Whispered Yoga Nidra ASMR & NSDR (non-sleep deep relaxation) to calm the nervous system.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is deep relaxation and rest without sleep - although it's fine if you do fall asleep! Restoration before liberation. Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that helps with insomnia, anxiety, stress, adrenal fatigue, chronic pain, PTSD and so much more.

This practice is guided in a completely whispered voice which some find very soothing a relaxing, let me know in the comments below how you found it and if it worked for you :)

It’s a 22-min yoga nidra script lead by Shaylee of Liberation Yoga that is perfect for stress management. Lay down, relax, rest and meditate all at the same time! This practice is trauma informed and everything is intended to be an invitation, ultimately your practice is determined by you. Follow along with the words, or not, both options are welcome here.

If you are feeling stressed, this practice can be just what you need to experience inner peace and joy. It is also a great way to help you fall asleep and sleep deeply if you practice before bed.
