Shiatsu is more than just a massage, its a form of body work that can help your body heal itself thro the application of pressure on certain pressure points and meridians.
In this video you will see me first diagnose Nadine using a hara diagnosis before working the meridians needed to create balance and harmony within the body so healing can begin.
The meridians worked were Spleen & Heart, I felt like the spleen was lacking in energy or a little Kyo so I felt I needed to draw energy to this meridian, I also wanted to do lots of mobility work to loosen up her hips as the hips and joints in general act as reservoirs for Ki/ energy so by working these it helps to get the energy moving again.
I finished working the heart but even though Jitsu ie too much energy I wanted to work gently with some stretches to help the Ki along the channel.
