ASMR| Cozy Sleep Retreat in the Woods♥️(personal attention, skincare, therapy questions, meditation)

Welcome to the wellness & healing retreat centre - located in the beautiful countryside surrounded by woods and a beautiful lake. I really hope you feel taken care of and at home here, because you really deserve some good rest and a peaceful night sleep. This is your time to disconnect from the world, refresh, and reconnect with yourself for a bit. Tonight's viddie is extra long to really give you a full experience :-)

First I'll be explaining a bit more about the centre, then I'll be walking you through your schedule for your stay & what to expect. After that we'll have a mental health check-in session with some freshly brewed herbal tea. After that I'll be giving you a fresh set of cozy pyjamas and slippers, doing your skincare, pampering you & getting you ready for bed. And finally we'll have a whispered, guided meditation for sleep in your room (with some river sounds to help you drift off). I hope you enjoy it 🥺 love you loads !! ❤️️ ❤️️ ❤️️
