ASMR Reiki for Balancing Yin & Yang Energy

Hello Everybody,

For today's video we're sticking a little pinky toe into the world of Yin and Yang energies. We'll be balancing and aligning our inner Yin and Yang through Reiki Healing and also by inviting an awareness of the scales here (playing with that Libra energy). By sending our attention to these places, we can begin to balance out these energies, adding more fire to places that are lethargic and adding some water to areas that are over-active.

Not to worry, I have a video series dedicated to this particular Mercury in Retrograde coming very soon (technology willing ;)).

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work.
