Hello Beautiful beings! And welcome to my new subscribers! As we are in Leo season, I felt heart work was something that we really need in the collective and would be supportive for us all. Especially the activation and opening as we have felt a lot of instability in our relationships and in general over the last year.

This distance Reiki session is a 3 step process to heal the heart: cleansing, healing, activating. To the ancients, the heart was the most important energy center as well as the gateway to wisdom and divine truth. Our growth depends on this space being clear without old wounds, betrayals and fear.

Sit back and relax as I help you to remove negative thoughts and feelings, activate your self love and love for others, and place armor on your heart to protect your boundaries. (time stamps below)

The session is whispered with soft music in the background. There are a few tingly sounds like plastic crinkles and crystal tapping worked in for extra ASMR to further relax you. Feel free to sleep at any point in the video as the healing will transcend time and space.
