ASMR Follow My Instructions Eyes Open & CLOSED 😴 Whispers

Follow my instructions for the best sleep!

In this video I wanted to film another follow my instructions (do as I say) style video for sleep, but... I wanted you to be able to do the first half with eyes open and second half with a close your eyes style video, for ultimate sleep. So as you will see, these triggers and instruction following is easy to do with your eyes open at first, then eyes closed, as there is an assortment of audio triggers and games. I have you follow my instructions in this asmr video with a lot of sound triggers and relaxation, with almost meditative games and questions. There are some eye games such as follow the light, eyes open and closed, measuring you, and some comforting and relaxing stories, and imagination tests, games requiring you to use your imagination, as well as questions. I even ask 20 would you rather and yes or no questions, as well as a kokology multiple choice imagination personality test! In terms of asmr sounds this is a whispered video with also some inaudible close up whispers, and various other asmr sights and sounds!
