ASMR Glass Bottle Tapping & Scratching| with Water Sounds & Liquid Shaking

Hello, and welcome to my channel! I mentioned in my recent Q&A that one of my favourite triggers is glass bottle tapping, with liquid shaking. All the bottles in this video are textured, so there is glass scratching as well. I hope this video relaxes you, and makes you sleeepy!

Why do I make ASMR?

ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
