Lower Back & Glute Massage to Ease lower Back Pain & Sciatica [ASMR][No Talking]

I'n my clinic i see lots of people with lower back and glute pain, which often effects the sciatic nerve, causing pain in the glutes and or to run down the legs.
Now Jessica here told me about some ongoing pain in her lower back and into her glutes so i decided in this back massage video to focus on this.
Now if I had a client presenting with these symptoms id also do lots of hip mobility and leg massage as shown in this video to ease pain and increase mobility

Now in this video I use a combo of techniques working the lower back massaging with oil combining soft and deep tissue techniques to ease the muscles, in the glutes I work over the towels to help release her pain using more static muscle release techniques and mobilization techniques to free up the sacrum and the ligaments. Not to mention releasing the piriformis which can be a major cause of lower back pain.
