This is very similar to how I would work with my clients to treat hip/groin pain with lower back pain, Only difference I don't always use oil unless they are happy for me to do so, In this case Caz (https://www.instagram.com/succubuskittycaz/) Decided to wear shorts and Bikini as she wanted direct oil work on her glutes. I decided for modesty while face up she would keep the shorts on, In this video I perform alot of hip mobility work as well as deep tissue techniques to release the hips and in doing so hopefully decrease the pain she is in.
