Good evening
Tonight you'll follow my instructions to SLEEP, but you can close your eyes to more easily drift off.
This video is in fully ear to ear whispers and it includes instructions, games and tests. We'll be doing guided breathing, word association, counting the microphone brush sounds, counting the counter click sounds, ear to ear games with water globes and other triggers, and more tests and instructions that will make your mind tired and sleepy.
