This guided sleep meditation will help you relax and fall asleep while feeling more connected and less lonely. Loneliness is pervasive during the holiday season. Loss of a loved one or relationship, not having many friends or a close knit family can make us vulnerable to the feelings of loneliness. Expectations are high and comparisons rampant during the holiday season. There is such a high expectation of feeling socially connected with others. There is this "false" sense that everyone else is having a Hallmark holiday with perfect celebrations while being surrounded by people they love...everyone that is but YOU. I hope this meditation reminds you that you are not alone. I am not alone. WE are not alone. TOGETHER we can sit with these feelings that EVERYONE experiences no matter how perfect things seem. We can sit with loneliness together...because I feel it too...and we can share in this human experience together while being connected by love and comfort and light. You are not alone!
