ASMR | Melting Away Anxiety | Whisper, tapping, fire crackling, theta pattern binaural beats

Hello friends! This video is meant to provide a comforting space and a reset for those struggling with general anxiety.

It is fairly surface level. There are many different kinds/causes, and with respect to all who struggle with it I kept the narrative quite neutral in nature so that it could provide comfort to a broader audience.

I want to note here that general anxiety is much different from panic attacks, both psychologically and physically. I find there is extreme importance in addressing them as such. Some things done to aid with anxiety should not be done to aid in a panic attack and vice versa. I will have a separate video to provide a comforting space with those dealing with panic attacks.

(Side note: Yes. My cat's name is Fox.
No. I did not originally plan to have her in the video. She's been VERY curious about the recording room and wants to play with everything.... specifically the mic cords that she was glaring down at to plan her attack. If you listen closely a few seconds before I bring her on you can hear her pawing at the door to be let in. 😅 I figured I could fulfill her dreams of being an ASMRtist for a few seconds and everyone could get a bit of joy from her silly presence. 😂 )
