This sleep meditation is an invitation to do absolutely nothing. And its less than you think.
Not to fix your thoughts. Not to become peaceful. Not to let go correctly. Not to turn relaxation into another little spiritual achievement.
Just lie down, listen, and notice what is already happening by itself.
Breathing happens. Sounds happen. Thoughts happen. Sensations happen. The body rests. The mind may plan, worry, remember, hope, or invent another problem for tomorrow. And all of it is nothing appearing as something for a moment.
This is a soft nonduality sleep meditation for deep rest, letting go, and relaxing out of the idea that you have to become someone special, valuable, healed, successful, peaceful, or spiritually improved.
There is nothing to do here.
Nothing to become.
Nothing to solve.
Just this strange, ordinary, spacious nothing.
