Welcome back to yet another yin yoga session. We are about to stay in poses for about 2-7 to release our back muscles from all the working and sitting. You have to focus on the positions we do and the manner we do it in. I want you all to unwind, clear your mind and focus solely on this lesson and yourself.

Puppy pose
Dynamic cat-cow position
Hip opening, inner thigh muscle stretch
Shavasana (dead body / corpse pose)
