Shoutout to Lily Paulin for suggesting an allergy treatment video :) it's a little on the short side, as it turns out there is not too too much one can do for allergy symptoms save for medicine and the ol' odd or end. Yours truly also still has the allergies from hell, but my voice is almost completely recovered so that is wonderful.

At about 22:00, I accidentally nudge the camera, so there is a little shaking and a noise but I was talking at the same time so I couldn't really edit that out. It's not too bad, but is noticeable.
