In this video, I'm going to be your mindfulness coach!! We will be doing 5 mindfulness practices which include breath exercises, focus and concentration, body scan and releasing tension, as well as the mindful practice of listening to the sound of my voice.

Welcome to spiritual ASMR!!! Where I tie the healing benefits of spirituality to the healing benefits of ASMR. Multiple reasons why I'm here: I love asmr, I have a lot of triggers to work with because I have so many decorations around my room, I believe (and theres proven research) that asmr helps with depression, reduces anxiety and stress, as well as helps insomnia. I want to help others become more present and grounded with the sound healing of asmr as well as tie a lot of personal attention videos with coaching sessions, spiritual energy cleansings, and hopefully teach and inspire along the way.
