ASMR | Grounding Mindfulness Meditation ✨ Calm Your Mind for Sleep

Hello my grounded grapes, I've recently started doing daily mindfulness meditation, so I wanted to make a session geared towards people who might be new to meditation as well. But with that being said it will also be a lovely grounding session for any more experienced people.

I'll begin by giving a brief explanation of why I personally think mindfulness has been helpful in my own life, and then after a few breathing exercises we'll be working our way through the 5 senses to practice some very simple mindfulness practices. The auditory guided meditation will be the main focus, but I'll be doing some gentle hand movements and simple reiki plucking alongside for a visual trigger. I'll be softly speaking throughout.
