Hello my friends. How are you?
Thank you so much for joining me once again!

Today’s video will be focused in a short meditation exercise.
Let’s find a quiet place that bring us calm then let’s sit together breathing deeply and slowly.
When you feel ready close your eyes and listen carefully to all the sounds surrounding you. Be aware of this moment.
Be aware that you are fine and safe, and that this is your special place where you can come whenever you want.

When you are ready take your hands towards your chest, feel your heart beat. By this moment we can start working on our self love.
How often do you tell to yourself words of gratitude?
We can acknowledge that by this moment our body has kept us well. Let’s celebrate that.

During all this exercise don’t forget to smile continuously.
Let’s bring to our mind pictures that provoke happiness in us. Breathe deeply and slowly and maintain your body muscles relaxed.
