Reiki for Loss & Grief/ASMR Energy Work with a Reiki Master/Support for Heartache and Trauma

Hello Everybody,

This is my first video on this channel. A little about me. I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner working out of the Los Angeles/Pasadena area. My life has been very positively impacted by Reiki, and I wanted to share some of this work with you here.

Today's video is all about providing comfort for times of grief. This can be grief that stems from loss, from a break up, from anything that gives you a heavy heart. I hope you receive some love and warmth from this video. It is my intention to provide you with as much support as I can in this little corner of the internet.

I am enormously passionate about ASMR. It has helped me so much over the years, and I see over on my other channel ASMR with Anna (https://www.youtube.com/asmrwithanna) the amount of comfort it provides to people every day. It's incredible. I think the combination of Reiki and ASMR is a very harmonious one, as relaxation plays a huge part in the process.

Some of the ASMR sounds and triggers featured in this video are: reiki hand movements, rattle sounds, crystals (visual and tapping), metallic sounds, metal click clacking sounds, soft spoken personal attention, nature aesthetic, tapping on metal, stone, and wood.
