Three of the focuses used in Usui White Light Reiki are Physical Healing, Emotional Healing, and Spiritual Healing. Reiki is meant to awaken within you, your body's own ability to heal itself, similar to acupuncture.

This is part 3 in a series of 3 in which I break down the focuses mentioned above so that you are able to choose what you'd like to work on.

You may use this video and distance reiki session to heal on a spiritual level, release beliefs or guilt associated with religious predisposition, to assist in opening your channel to connect with spirit more easily, as a tool prior to prayer or meditation, etc.
