Three of the focuses used in Usui White Light Reiki are Physical Healing, Emotional Healing, and Spiritual Healing. Reiki is meant to awaken within you, your body's own ability to heal itself, similar to acupuncture.

This is part 1 in a series of 3 in which I break down the focuses mentioned above so that you are able to choose what you'd like to work on.

Physical focus deals with releasing or realizing the cause of pain, discord, and beliefs which have settled in our physical body- such as headaches, tension, back and shoulder pain, and any other detectable area.

**Reiki is never meant to diagnose or treat any issue which should be addressed by your primary care physician.
