ASMR Cozy Purple Room 💜 Ear-to-Ear Hand Sounds & Slow Breathing for Sleep
I had been missing making a hand sounds video sooo much. 💜 And if you've been here since the very beginning (oh my gosh... it's already been 6 years... send help haha), you'll probably remember that this used to be one of my favorite kinds of ASMR to make. And honestly... it STILL is my favorite trigger ever.
Even though I haven't filmed anything specifically focused on hand sounds here in a while, honestly I think I still sneak them into a lot of the other themes on the channel, because I don't know, for me it's a sound that brings me so much comfort, and I can so easily feel calmer every time I hear a little sound like that while listening to ASMR, and I always think I can't possibly be the only one who loves hand sounds this much. But over the last few months, from what I remember, I've rarely made a video dedicated just to that. Ugh, time really does fly, and I think this week I was just feeling extra nostalgic hehe.
Anyway, every single time I record an ASMR for you guys, I always try to focus on what I'd want to hear myself, and that day I really needed to slow down, so I thought a breathing exercise paired with hand sounds could work really well. Don't you also have those days where you feel more anxious or stressed, with your head full of thoughts? Well, that was me right here haha. But recording videos like this ends up being my little refuge when the day gets too chaotic ❤️🩹 So I hope this video helps you slow down, just like it helped me while I was recording it.
