Hi everyone,

So this video is abit different!

Felt like it was really necessary to discuss mental wellbeing and the difficulties that surround us in the current climate.

I wanted to be honest about my struggles & create conversation around how we can help support one another.

Some suggestions around how to help stress & anxiety are:

๐Ÿ’š Write down 5 things you're thankful for everyday, no matter how small!

๐Ÿ’š Diaphragmatic breathing, so many benefits, please have a read online!

๐Ÿ’š Aromatherapy oils, Frankincense & Clary Sage are my favs!

๐Ÿ’š Take a bath, carve out some time just for you every night to unwind. I adore Molten Brown Blissful Templetree with Epsom salts (heaven)

๐Ÿ’šGet some fresh air! Have a walk, reconnect with nature, what can you hear/smell?

๐Ÿ’š Escape with a good book!

๐Ÿ’šBoost those feel good hormones with exercise!

๐Ÿ’š Practice mindfulness with meditation apps such as Headspace or Calm available on the Google Play Store
