ASMR | Mindfulness Body Scan (Guided Meditation for Relaxation)✨

Hello my opulent otters, in today’s guided meditation ASMR session, we’ll be doing a full mindfulness body scan, while I calm you down with some gentle hand movements.

We’ll be starting with some guided deep breathing, then a full body scan, words of affirmation, calming techniques, and end with a countdown. I’ll be doing gentle hand movements throughout as a visual trigger, and I’ll be doing a mixture of soft speaking, and whispering ear to ear. I’ll also have some layered sounds of soft wind chimes and white noise.
