ASMR Reiki for Panic Attacks/Soft Spoken Healing Reiki Session with a Reiki Master/Support & Balance

Hello Everybody,

As I mentioned in my previous session, these videos are dedicated to you. Thank you for trusting me, this platform, and each other here. One of you requested a video for panic attacks, and I wanted to make sure I dedicated the proper amount of time to this subject. So, I've divided it into two parts. This is Part Two, which is a distance healing reiki session for panic attacks and anxiety.

As with everything here on this channel, I ask you to take it all with a grain of salt. If any of it does not resonate with you, please leave it. This is meant as inspiration to open up ideas for creative ways of coping when anxiety hits.

The techniques mentioned in the previous video, and repeated a few times here are all things that have helped me to better cope with my anxiety and panic attacks. It's best if these techniques are practiced in a safe space so that you're not testing them for the first time in the throws of a panic attack. They are all meant to be done gently and comfortably. As an example, please do not practice the breath work portion when you are driving.

I also use a stone I found while hiking in the Redwoods. It is so grounding, protective, and smooth. I encourage anyone new to this kind of work, or crystals in general, to start out by collecting little things from nature. The idea of purchasing a bunch of crystals can be rightfully daunting, not to mention incredibly expensive. I think intention is key, so charging a stone or pebble is a great way of playing around with energy.

There is a point in this video where I insert CUs of the black tourmaline. I cleansed this stone in the video, but the sound died. Rather than cut that portion out altogether, I decided to insert an overlay of smoke in order to represent to you the black tourmaline being cleansed. After I was done shooting this video, I later buried and cleansed the stone, so it has been properly cleared and purified of whatever energy you put into the stone.

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work.
