ASMR Head, Neck & Arm Massage To Heal the Heart & Ease Anxiety [No Talking]

Can you heal the heart when doing a massage? you can when it involves Shiatsu! You see when I filmed this my client Amy had told me how shes recently split up from her long term boyfriend. I decided very quickly that in order to ease some of the pain she was feeling we needed to balance the heart meridian that runs in the arms, by balancing the energy in the heart meridian the heart can begin healing.
You may find that the sound in this video isn't as impressive as in other videos because I used no oil, no wax and did very little massage instead i focused on pressure points, focused on balancing her energy focused on being there for her in that moment.
You may find it odd but at certain points i felt a wave of overwhelming emotion of sadness enough that it brought a tear to my eye, when i experience this I just accept that its all part of the healing journey that I'm privileged to come on for the ride.
I hope you will enjoy this, I hope you will see how comforting this kind of shiatsu treatment can be, how it can begin the journey of self healing. Working the heart can sometimes be too intense but I knew Amy could handle it.
