This is the third video from my series 'Energy Toolbox'. Some of these tools I already talk about in my videos, and some I have not, but here I talk about each one of them directly and demonstrate how to use them. These vids will be short and sweet and right to the point!
The tool of this video is about being in the questions "What am I aware of?", "Who does it belong to?", and "Is this mine or someone else's?", to acknowledge just how much of all the thoughts, feelings and emotions in our world we have assumed was ours when we are just aware of it and take it as ours. Simply asking these questions is such an invitation to choosing something different than to buy into all the drama and trauma around us.
