I wanted to create a video for Stress based on your amazing comments. The idea for this video was to provide some comfort and creative ideas for coping with/managing stress through an ASMR-style Distance Reiki Session. I use an assortment of different tools including crystals, sage, relaxing music, soothing hand movements, and more. I know this is an incredibly stressful time for all of us. I wanted this to resonate with anyone struggling under our current situation as well as anyone watching this who has other unrelated stresses (which I know many of you do!).

With the idea of an holistic, body/mind/spirit approach, I wanted to invite a few things in over the next several videos. Reiki for spirit, therapy for mind, and yoga for body.

I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work.
