In this session ill be trying EMDR on you, which is Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy. It’s a form of therapy for people who have depression, anxiety, experienced a trauma etc... I use visual and auditory triggers to help reprogram your reactions to the trauma when it comes up within your mind. I use light, my fingers, snapping, rubbing, etc.
I am not someone who does this professionally btw! I've only seen videos.
