Tonight’s video is a “soft EMDR session” I wanted to do.. instead of always mimicking a real EMDR session, I wanted to do a more accommodating session for those who are really struggling and need extra re assurance. Sometimes these sessions can be difficult. I’ve been there. So I wanted to give that extra, “security”, if you will.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It’s a psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. I myself am NOT a mental health professional. These videos are solely for your relaxation, and help as needed.
